Saturday
We make our way with Blakes coaches to Dover for our ferry crossing to Calais and then onto Brussels where we will board ms Serenity for dinner and our 3 night cruise.
Sunday
Today we are in Antwerp, where we will spend some time enjoying the Christmas market and then plan on visiting either another Christmas market, or if we find something else interesting or exciting to do we will incorporate this into our agenda– as we are using Blakes coaches and not the standard coach agenda provided for this trip, this will give us the flexibility of where we visit.
Monday
Today we should wake up in Hasselt. Today we have an excursion to Valkenburg Christmas Market where we will find an unique Christmas market held in the labyrinth of caves that run beneath the town. We return to Hasselt which is transformed into a cosy winter village with stalls, ice rink etc. Our last night on board as tomorrow we bid farewell when we arrive at our destination port of Rotterdam in the morning.
Tuesday
Sadly we have to make our way back to Dover for our ferry home but plan on stopping off at the Bruges Christmas Market for those last minute chocolates.
