The world famous British Firework Championships returns to Plymouth's waterfront on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 August 2019.

The spectacular pyrotechnics that will illuminate Plymouth Sound as six top firework companies battle it out over two nights, each putting on an awe-inspiring ten minute display in an attempt to be crowned the winner.

We will be going on Thursday as that seemed to be the day most people wanted to go.

Please remember this is a free event and the cost is for coach only.  We can't guarantee weather/wind or any other occurrence.

We plan on leaving Newton Abbot  approx. 19.45 - the fireworks start at approx. 21.30 before there is a loud fair etc. on the Hoe but we usually prefer to go down near the water’s edge where is is much quieter.  Please feel free to bring a chair which can be put under in the coach locker.  We depart straight after the display when we return to the coach.

Please note that coach will drop of near the Theatre Royal and you will have to walk up  the Hoe.

Coach departure (tbc) 19.45 from Forde Park, followed by Railway Station (park side) & the Ashburton Road route out of Newton Abbot.

Coach Fare £15.00
