TAUNTON & HESTERCOMBE ILLUMINATE 

Wednesday 11th December 2024

After last years very successful visit to RHS Rosemoor for their Night Glow this year we are going to Hestercombe (Somerset) for their Illuminated gardens.

We plan on leaving Newton late morning and visiting Taunton first for you to have lunch and of course a bit of retail therapy etc  before going onto the gardens at Hestercombe where we have timed tickets for 17.15 entry.   This year they are planning  an even more special & dazzling display than last year when it was a  sell out, bringing the natural feature and views of the landscape garden to life at night with spotlight trees and coloured paths drawing you up towards the Great Cascade, down past the beautiful fountains in the Pear Pond, below the formal garden before finishing with a display in front of the house.

I expect you all to think positive like last year and a nice winters evening to enjoy all the illuminated displays.

Cost of coach fare and entry £38.00

Non refundable deposit of £15 per person with booking
