A booking is not definite until payment is received.

INSURANCE
Please note that insurance is NOT included in any trip and you are advised to make your own arrangements.
Insurance MUST be taken out for any foreign trip.
Receipts will only be sent on receipt of a sae.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given when we can resell the trip less an admin fee of £10
unless you can find your own replacement.
We need a minimum number to run these trips which is usually 35 please help by booking early & encouraging family & friends to join us. We try not to have to cancel trips unless absolutely necessary. We hope that there will not be a repeat of the huge price rise in fuel prices, however should there be any increase in costs I am afraid that we may have to regrettably pass any excess on.
PICK UPS
Most trips start at Forde Park (with the exception of railway journeys) with pick ups enroute.
We will try our best to accommodate were possible at appropriate bus stops.
